With Linda Rogers of Tapestry Opera
Monday November 28, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. 2016. Registration $40 – Open to everyone in the arts!
This two hour workshop will include both a presentation and a hands-on exercises. You will explore the grants available, what the angle and “fit” is with the funding program, and how to create realistic budgets.
Participants will gain hands-on practice researching granting bodies and preparing a case for funding a project. Then they share with the group.

Linda is currently the Manager of External Relations at Tapestry Opera. Her previous activities include Development and Financial Manager with VIBE Arts, Creative Works Studio, St. Michael’s Hospital, Equay-wuk, Company Administrator with Puppetmongers Theatre, General Director/Director of Artistic Operations Opera Ontario Interim, and Artistic Coordinator of the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra Artistic Coordinator.
During her time with Puppetmongers, Linda was highly successful in assisting Puppetmongers in their grant applications, and continues to support the company as Secretary Treasurer of their Board of Directors.
